Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase def. Ezekiel Jackson (2-on-1 Handicap Match)
Ezekiel Jackson showed the courage and determination of a true Intercontinental Champion, taking on both Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase – at the urging of the newly appointed Assistant to the SmackDown Manager, Zack Ryder. But, when The Personification of Domination slammed his shoulder into the steel ring post, the bitter Rhodes took advantage, triumphing over his prey with the Cross Rhodes.

20th 7/22 Smackdown Dark Match

Ted won’t actually be shown this week, this match happens after Smackdown ended.

Post-SD Dark Match: World Hvt. champion Christian beat Randy Orton to retain the World Title. It was Christian’s first-ever successful title defense. The match went 8:00 and ended when Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase distracted Orton, allowing Christian to roll up Christian.

Ezekiel Jackson def. Ted DiBiase
With Cody Rhodes preparing for his match with Bryan, Ted DiBiase was on his own against big Ezekiel Jackson. Despite an impressive effort from DiBiase, he was forced to submit to Jackson’s punishing backbreaker. After the match, Rhodes warned DiBiase about the paper bag implications of losing another match in the future.
